We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. We currently ship within the United States and partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable service.

Shipping Scope & Carriers
We ship domestically within the United States, covering all 48 contiguous states. Please note:

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

All orders are shipped via UPS, our trusted shipping partner.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate for all orders:

  • $6.00 per order

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Cut-off Time:

  • 4:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Shipping

Standard Shipping Time: 3 – 7 business days

Processing & Shipping Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Sunday & Holidays: Closed

Our operations are closed on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

When Will My Order Arrive From The Date Of Purchase?

Your order is expected to arrive within 5 – 9 business days from the date of purchase.

This includes both processing time and shipping time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Customer Responsibility

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order information carefully. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing it.

Please make sure to carefully review and confirm your shipping details before completing checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to address issues, we will support free reshipping once the correct address is confirmed.

Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking information.

Proof Of Delivery Receipt

Upon receiving your package, please:

  • Inspect the packaging and items for any visible damage.
  • Confirm that all products in your order are present.
  • If you notice any damage, take photos and note it on the delivery receipt.
  • Sign or ask the delivery driver to acknowledge your notes.

This helps us quickly assist you with replacements or refunds if needed.
