After this timeframe, orders are processed and prepared for shipment, and changes may no longer be possible.

What Can Be Modified

Within the allowed timeframe, you may request changes to the following:

  • Shipping address (if the order has not been dispatched)
  • Product variants (such as size or color)
  • Contact information (name, email, phone number)

Please note:

  • Modifications are subject to product availability.
  • We may not be able to accommodate significant changes such as replacing the entire order or switching to unavailable items.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

How To Cancel Or Modify

Subject Line Requirement:

  • “Cancel Order” or “Modify Order”

Required Information:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Clear request details (specify cancellation or exact changes needed)

Response Time

Our support team will review and respond to your request within 12 hours.

After Confirmation

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Your order will be successfully canceled
  • A refund will be processed within 5 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

If your modification request is approved:

  • Your order will be updated accordingly
  • A new order confirmation email will be sent to reflect the changes

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
  • We do not issue refunds via alternative methods unless required by applicable laws.
