Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Not washed, worn, or used
  • Returned in the original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Reach out to us via email or through the Contact Us page within the return period (14 days).
  2. Provide Required Information
    Include the following details in your request:
    • Order number
    • Customer name
    • Reason for return (customer remorse or defective item)
    • Photos (required for defective or damaged items)
  3. Wait For Approval
    Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions along with a prepaid return label.
  4. Prepare Your Package
    Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and items meet return conditions.
  5. Ship The Return
    Attach the provided prepaid return label and send the package as instructed.
  6. Inspection & Processing
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) before approving your refund or exchange.

Return Method, Label & Restocking Fee

Return Method:
All returns must be sent by mail.

Return Label:
A return label is not included in the original package. Once your return request is reviewed and approved by our support team, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to download and print at no additional cost.

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns due to customer remorse. No restocking fee will be charged for defective or incorrect items.

Exchange

Yes, we accept exchanges. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note that your payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
